In February, Guss and Tianna Yellowhair shared with us details of their O Maka Teca Inipi (New Earth / Cleansing) ceremony.  Their next presentation will be about The Lakota season of the Hanblechiya (Crying for a Vision) which will soon be upon us. 

In the Lakota tradition, after the return of the Wakinyan Oyate (Thunder Nation) Ceremonies they begin to make preparations for this vision journey.  Please join us in our next Lakota Series offerings, where Guss and Tianna YellowHair will discuss their journey into the Spirit World in search of guidance and help for future endeavors through the Hanblechiya Ceremony. 

This live webinar will be Sunday, April 25th at 12:00 PM Central Time. The gathering will be 75 minutes which includes time for questions and answers at the end of the presentation.  If there are more questions than can be answered in 75 minutes, we will extend until 1:30 p.m. Central.

On the Pine Ridge Reservation, where the median income is $2,600 annually and unemployment is 90%, the money Guss and Tianna are taking their tour business virtual.  This has been instrumental in helping their families and other members of the Rez over the past year.  We appreciate your support as they continue to build this online business model where they can share so many precious teachings of their culture within the constraints of the pandemic.
