An experiential practicum meeting virtually once a month for 90 minutes for people who would like to learn more about the WINTA (War Is Not The Answer) process that is the core of Ted's work.

Over the years a number of people have requested a way to know more about the brain science, theory, and practice of the simple, non-intrusive Ultimate Listening® approach that many have been exposed to by participating in one or more of the Ultimate Listening® or Authentic Self workshops Ted has held over the past two decades.  Ted also has a strong desire to pass on what he has experienced over the years leading and participating in these programs, and mentor (as best he can) those who would carry this work forward.  His Ultimate Listening®/WINTA approach is based on the concept that instead of conventional methods of dealing with emotions and teaching coping strategies, instead we welcome the guests who visit us, befriend them, speak to them and learn from them.  A phrase we use is a philosophy of “turning towards”, rather than away from.  It is a powerful tool to use with one’s self, children, grandchildren, friends, family, and professionally.  It is actually more of a way of being with than something that one does to themselves or others.

This group will gather one time each month for 90 minutes.  It is open to anyone who uses or wants to use this approach either in their personal or professional life.  This is a rare behind the scenes look at the process that is the core of Ted's work.

What’s included:

• A 90-minute virtual session led by Ted
• Prompts/suggestions each month from Ted for deep listening to self and giving it expression
• Optional sharing with others about discoveries made
• Q&A with Ted about the process (not the content of people’s shares)
• Teachings from Ted around how he uses this work in his professional and personal life

Group prerequisites for membership (one of the following):

• Having participated in an Ultimate Listening® Workshop, Men's Workshop, Honoring the Voice, Touching Mortality, and/or an Authentic Self Workshop facilitated by Ted
• Been in some environment where you have done individual one-on-one work with Ted using this methodology

This group will be very limited in size and the cost is $75/month.  In general, the meetings will take place the 2nd Monday of each month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Central and any changes to that schedule will be communicated in advance.  The sessions will be recorded and posted to a private website to allow later viewing by members of the group.
